Lobby Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas including lobby, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Perform regular cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Monitor public areas and promptly address any spills, debris, or maintenance issues to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up lobby displays and ensuring all furniture and fixtures are in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall hotel operations and guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
