Production Supervisor - Bilingual Required

Location: Tampa, FL 33614
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/year
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime and weekends as needed

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead production and sanitation teams in a food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance while ensuring daily production goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and sanitation employees on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and employee development.
• Monitor production performance, labor efficiency, and overtime.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production, sanitation, and quality records.
• Partner with QA, Maintenance, and Operations teams to achieve production targets.
• Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, sanitation, and OSHA regulations.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to obtain HACCP certification within 90 days.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• ERP system experience.
• Audit and regulatory compliance experience.
